Sudbury Meetinghouse is grateful for the many ways our community has supported us—from attending concerts and our September launch event to participating in recent planning efforts. This October we marked our first year as a 501(c)(3), and we continue to grow as a place for music, lectures, performances, and shared experiences. As we look ahead, we invite you to get involved by joining the Board, volunteering at events, or making a tax-deductible donation to support our programs and the preservation of our historic building. Every contribution of time, talent, or resources strengthens this gathering place and helps ensure it remains vibrant for years to come.
Sudbury Meetinghouse is seeking new Board Members to help shape the future of our historic 1797 Meetinghouse. As a nonprofit, our mission is to preserve this landmark and open its doors as a community hub for cultural events, education, and gatherings.
Board members play a vital role in shaping our vision, providing leadership, and ensuring the Meetinghouse continues to serve as a welcoming space for all. Responsibilities include attending regular meetings, helping with community outreach, and supporting fundraising and development efforts.
We are especially interested in individuals with experience in nonprofit governance, fundraising, marketing, event planning, preservation, or education—but most importantly, we welcome people who bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to community.
If you are passionate about history, community, and the arts, we’d love to hear from you! To learn more or express interest, please contact us at sudburymeetinghouse@gmail.com
Together, we can ensure that the Sudbury Meetinghouse continues to inspire, connect, and bring people together for generations to come.
